I bought a shirt off them and the size didn't fit,I then attempted to refund it but despite more than 10 emails and over a month of trying I'm still yet to receive even an email

Do not use. I have been trying to return a shirt as its unsuitable but after numerous emails I have received no response at all and I am left with a shirt I cannot use. The website states you can return but it doesn't tell you how and you cannot ring them and they ignore all emails....do yourself a favour and stay well away!!!
Slow, but it arrived.
The shirt looks great, but the amount of time the item sat inbetween "dispatched to Royal Mail" and RM actually receiving the item was a little concerning, especially seeing recent reviews, but it finally arrived, and I'm happy with it.
Amazing service and quality!
I’ve ordered from FootyClassics twice now, and both times I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The shirt quality is excellent, the delivery is tracked and reliable, and the customer service is amazing! Couldn’t recommend them more!
Update on my previous review
Update on my previous review. Needed to return what was quite clearly a fake shirt and could not get in touch with the company. Ended up having to go through my bank to get the money back. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE
Ordered two Newcastle tops
Ordered two Newcastle tops, delivery took a bit longer than I hoped but given the current circumstances and it being ordered at Christmas time I’m not too fused on that. The tops are good quality and I was expecting the printing on the back to just be generic lettering and numbers but they reflect the originals which I was very pleased about. Would defo recommend. Also I did contact in regards to by order because it said it had been dispatching for three weeks and got a reply back with an update a day later so no issues there.

Trying to get any communication is…
Trying to get any communication is impossible. Needing to return item. I’ve sent an email and online enquiry but no response. I would not advise using this company ever. Took almost a month for item to finally arrive but no confirmation email or correspondence from them. Not even sure item is legit.
Footy Classics unreachable
I have sent Footy Classics over 3 emails now over the past month requesting a return and have had no reply. The NUFC home top I ordered is an awful fit. It clearly states on the website that you can return within 30 days, however it does not give instructions on how to do this, and they do not provide any paperwork with the delivery. Clearly they do not want to give customers the chance to return their orders! I would advise anyone to avoid this company in the future!!!!
Quality Newcastle retro shirt
Got a retro newcastle shirt from them. Delivery took 15 days to the UK. Quality is great and came with printed number and name on back like I had requested.
Worth the wait..........
Waited longer for delivery then was led to believe when I made my order but it was worth the wait as I'm really delighted with my 1983 Man United shirt, brought back childhood memories

Very happy with the shirt, my son loved it, there was a slight delay on delivery with Christmas and new year and from getting notification the item was dispatched took a week but that was out of the sellers hands, they responded to every email, very happy and will definitely use them again
NOT A Scam!
NOT A SCAM! I bought a Newcastle United 1997/99 home shirt from Footyclassics.com, but after looking up some reviews online I saw a lot of people claiming it was a scam and that they had waited over 3 weeks with no items and no response to enquiries. At this point I genuinely thought it was a scam. Especially as the shirt was only £35.99 and apparently reduced from £62. I felt sure it wouldn't arrive or if it did the quality would be poor or the numbers and lettering wouldn't look genuine. But to my surprise, my shirt arrived today. About 2 weeks to the day of me ordering it. I am honestly so impressed with the quality of shirt. It was the very first shirt I had when I was 7 years old with Shearer 9 on the back. And side-by-side they look identical (different sizes ofc) but the quality is impeccable and I would definitely recommend.

After thinking this was a scam with all the bad reviews and things on Facebook. I'm very relieved to say it has arrived. Really pleased with the shirt and exactly what I wanted. Good quality,well packaged and partner is super happy with it. Would be good to put how long it will take to be delivered before you order,as took 3 weeks, as this would stop the complaints,as the product is good. Would definitely order again. Thank you 🙂
Poor quality, poor delivery, poor customer service-avoid!
Ordered from the website and was assured it would arrive in 5-7 days. The order wasn’t even processed for 5 days. After it didn’t arrive in 1-2 weeks (it came after 4 weeks) I advised that I no longer needed the product as it hadn’t arrived in the time I needed it for a birthday present and wanted a refund. I have since sent a number of emails to complain and they have just ignored my emails. I wouldn’t mind but the shirt quality isn’t even worth the wait. I definitely wouldn’t order from them again. Lesson learnt!

Ordered a shirt as a present on the 21st of December, i knew it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas but i had hopes for maybe getting it before the new year. I then received an email on the 26th claiming my order had been shipped and i would receive tracking details, then on the 28th I received another email saying it will be shipped in the next 24 hours, so i emailed them to ask how it had been shipped and then was getting shipped again to which they responded saying they would send me a tracking number to show it had been sent. I then heard nothing till the the start of January when i finally received my number (even tho everytime i put it into royal mail it wouldn’t work), and then finally i got my last update on the 3rd of January on the royal mail app saying “ the sender has advised they’ve dispatched your item to us”. It is now the 8th of January still no shirt or update that the royal mail has received my shirt, am i even going to get it????
Quality looks good on first glance but don’t be fooled.
Awful service from start to finish. I ordered my shirt on the 12th of December then after reading the reviews on trust pilot I reached out to them explaining that after seeing the reviews I was concerned that it might not arrive in time as it was a Christmas present. They responded a few days later saying that their previous delivery problems had been due to a problem with the courier at the time but has now been resolved because they had switched exclusively to royal mails 48hrs delivery service and should be there in time for Christmas. Of course it didn’t arrive. I was given a tracking number that didn’t work, didn’t reply to my multiple requests for an update and completely left in the dark. At this point they started to say on trust pilot to others with similar concerns that it said on their website at the time that any orders made after the 8th of December would not arrive in time for Christmas. This isn’t true. It didn’t. And if it did say that why wasn’t I told this when they replied on the 14th of Decmember assuring me everything was fine. Blatant false advertising. When the shirt finally arrived at first glance the shirt looked to be good quality. However after one wash its falling apart. Loose threads, colour faded and logo looks like it could come off at any minute. I won’t waste my time trying to get a refund or an explanation because with this kind of company what’s the point. I can only hope this might stop others from throwing away their hard earned money.

I order my man utd shirts on the 1st December I just received them today on the 6th of January. The two shirts are good quality how ever the reason for two stars is 37 days delivery. Didn't know the were being sent from China put wrong email on order so the code I need to paid customs went to someone else and had to deal with this problem myself as very poor customer service. As I stated the shirts are good quality BUT I will not be purchasing for this company again
Not a scam - but be aware...
Only scored this company average - here's why. Footy Classics is not registered in the UK. It looks like they are China based - that is why there is no telephone contact number, only email. I like to be able to speak to someone for status updates. They ship to an an industrial unit in Aston, Birmingham (Martin-HDS) B6 5SN which is probably used for dispatching to UK customers and handling returns. This unit is leased to China Railway Logistics, registered in the UK at Company House (09927827) and the director is a gentleman called Di LI. The company classification is Freight / Rail Transport. Footy Classics state in their T&Cs that "our store is based within the EU" which may refer to their website but that is not where the shirts are probably manufactured. The website itself is secure. They also state that they "typically ship in around 3 working days - a day or two more if customised". My customised order took 3 weeks (but to be fair included the Christmas & New Year holidays). The main complaint on Trustpilot seems to be protracted delivery times not quality of product. The quality of the product I ordered was very good. (I do find it hard to believe that adidas are still manufacturing retro shirts, but the shirt was labelled and tagged convincingly). Pricing is also quite reasonable. So this is an honest assessment of my shopping experience with Footy Classics. It is NOT a scam company. However, be advised that delivery times are typically not as advertised and communication | contact information is limited - all down to their location. If you are happy buying from China, and you are patient, it's your choice.

Other than the delay in getting the shirt for my brother, the actual shirt itself was amazing especially as it had the number and name on the back and a really good quality top. The only thing was it took a while but other than that super happy
