Worth the wait

Was a bit worried as delivery took longer than expected but its here now and my grandson will be delighted when he receives his retro shirt on Christmas day

It's arrived, very good quality. Love the shirt, will probably order one for myself as well. Original bad review was due to the waiting time on delivery but can't fault the product itself.

Royal Mail Delays

After reading these reviews, I was worried my item wouldn’t arrive. Ordered end November and arrived on 18/12. Every email to customer service was answered, just a delay probably due to the amount received. I was advised that a large shipment went missing. Top arrived as described and my nephew will be very happy. I can’t blame everything on this company, Royal Mail have been at fault

Shipping was badly delayed. I expressed concern about slow delivery- the first email was met with 'it's on its way' response. Following a further wait, the delivery method was changed and the shirt arrived. So a good save...

Fantastic quality shirts

Took approx 2 weeks to receive my order but footyclassics kept me updated with tracking information and can appreciate some delay is due to the Xmas period. I am really happy with both the shirts I ordered they’re really good quality and unique, I can’t wait to give them as Xmas presents. Would definitely recommend this website for retro shirts.

November order received

I ordered 2 tops before reading any reviews on here and then panicked when I hadn’t received my order when I should have. A quick email which was responded to in really good time to let me know there was an issue with November orders and replacements would be sent out which I received a new tracking number for. I was still panicking that I wouldn’t have my items for Christmas as they are gifts and did send a couple more follow up emails which again were replied to promptly with the information available. I got my tops a week after the new tracking code, replacement code was on 9th December and received order on 18th December. Both tops were as expected and good quality. Would definitely order again now I know that it is legit and items were delivered.

Can’t get hold of them

UPDATE: I have now been sent tracking information and told to expect delivery within 5 days. The tracking unfortunately doesn’t work so I’m uncertain as to whether it will arrive for Christmas I ordered a shirt last Monday and realised about 3 days later that I hadn’t received any confirmation or order or shipping. It’s supposed to be a Christmas present so I just need to ensure it’s going to arrive in time otherwise I need to find an alternative. I wanted to phone someone but there is no number to call, I therefore emailed early Thursday and Friday morning (website says 24 hour response) and no one is responding. I’m happy to Amend the review if I can get hold of them and resolve this but until then I’m a bit stuck.

Christmas shirt arrived late

I had difficulty with the Christmas delivery, but when it arrived on Christmas Eve it was of great quality… Ordered a Christmas shirt, the tracking details don’t show my order being dispatched even a week later… very disappointing so far. In response to you, your supplied tracking number doesn't even show the goods dispatched some 10 days after my order... What do you expect, 5 stars? Perhaps you should focus on the customer journey and communication, rather than criticising your customers. Plus look at your other reviews

Ordered a shirt on 27/11

Ordered a shirt on 27/11, I was a little concerned it wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas especially after reading all of the reviews on here. I was also concerned with the amount of people using the word 'scam' for the company but it arrived today! I'm really pleased with the quality of the footy shirt and it will make a great Christmas present
