Exceptional service
5/5. The customer service we received from all gifts.com was beyond exceptional. They always go above and beyond what we ever expect. I’ve ordered 2 personalized prayer journals; 1 for my pastor and 1 for my friend graduating from bible college for prayer ministry/counseling. They will create the design and send you a “proof” for approval. If you like it. They also want to make sure that the delivery date will work and will adjust if need be. We ended up having to expedite the shlpping on my pastor’s. But in the end it all worked out perfectly m. I received it on Saturday and we celebrated my pastors birthday after morning service on Sunday so everything could not have worked out any better than that.

Minor issue with magnetic medical bracelet
I ordered a medical bracelet with a magnetic clasp. While the website, delivery, and appearance of the product were satisfactory, I have one issue with the purchase experience. The magnetic clap comes loose unexpectedly while doing normal daily life things. Pulling a coat on, brushing my wrist against my waist, etc. Still, I like it too much to send it back. I'll guess I'll adjust.
