I ordered some items a couple of years ago and they were exactly what I wanted. So, I wanted to order something different for my Brother and Sister who turn 60 this year. The etched whiskey glasses and vase came out very nice and everything arrived on time.

I was super iffy at first to buy from an online company, but they did amazing! My boyfriend lost his best friend a couple of months ago and for his birthday I got him a memory bracelet. He LOVES it and I LOVE how it turned out! They had it to me within the week and they communicated very well with me about the process of shipping and arrival! If I ever need something sentimental and meaningful again I’ll be sending them an order!

I needed help with order and design. Customer service rep, Addy, set up a phone call appointment with me. We went back-and-forth by phone and email several times reviewing and tweaking. She was delightful, helpful, very familiar with the products. My snow globe was shipped the next day, and I received it just a few days after ordering. It’s fantastic and so is she.

Tiny engraving; bracelet too long; thrown away!

The engraving is so tiny, that it is almost unreadable. The band is way too big for my husband and is worthless to him. Throwing it away.
