I love the map Linda
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you love your map. We hope it brings you lots of joy and becomes a beautiful reminder of all your adventures!
The map is lovely. Unfortunately there are several imperfections on the frame on the upper center frame. So I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. HW
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you love the map, but we’re sorry about the imperfections you noticed on the upper center of the frame. We understand how disappointing it can be when a beautiful piece isn’t quite perfect. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team. We hope you continue to enjoy your map!

These maps are great. Saw it at a friends house and had to buy one for my son and husband. Really nice quality.

In my younger days, from the second row of our car, I learned to navigate maps for my Dad as we traveled across our country. Now at 68, I still love reading maps. Forever Map has provided me with the penultimate map reading experience. After pin pointing locations important to me, I think I enhanced the look using sewing thread tracing my travels as an Air Force Brat and an itinerant missionary.
Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful and meaningful story! We’re honored that Forever Map has become part of your lifelong love of maps and a way to celebrate the many places you’ve lived, traveled, and served. We absolutely love the creative touch of using sewing thread to trace your journeys—it sounds truly unique and personal. We hope your map continues to bring back cherished memories and inspire many more adventures. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey!
Cool map. Color scheme matches our home perfectly. Makes me realize that there still is a lot of the world to see!🤣
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you love the map and that the color scheme matches your home perfectly! And yes, it sounds like you’ve got plenty of adventures waiting to be pinned. 🤣 Happy travels and enjoy exploring the world!
Terrible never received my map. I call the number it rings then hangs up! I emailed and no answer. Not good customer service at all. Considering the price of these maps.

Please know we take this seriously and would like the opportunity to make it right for you immediately. Kindly send us your order number or contact us again at [email protected] so our team can personally investigate the shipment status and resolve this as quickly as possible. If it is a gift, be very sure before purchasing and engraving. Restrictive return policy. I neglected to apply my discount code and even though I contacted the company immediately, within minutes, (AI bot chat only, no person ever spoke with me), I couldn't use the discount code. Not very accommodating.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to reach out immediately and still be unable to apply your discount code. We also apologize that you weren’t able to connect with a member of our team directly. We appreciate you sharing this feedback. We’ll make sure your concerns regarding our return policy, discount codes, and customer support experience are shared with the appropriate team. We’re always looking for ways to make the experience more accommodating for our customers.
Our order was for the US map and it looks fabulous! It is for a gift and I can’t wait to see their face when they receive it!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your US map looks fabulous! We hope the recipient loves it just as much as you do. We’re sure it will make a special and memorable gift. Enjoy the big reveal!
I received my map and truly wanted to love it, so I was surprised and disappointed to find that the USA map I ordered does not include Alaska or Hawaii. When selecting the style within the USA map category, I believed I was choosing a color option, not a version that excluded two states. Especially since the cover image for this style does show Alaska and Hawaii, it wasn’t clear to me that not all USA map options represent all 50 states. The quality of the map itself is lovely, and I really like the concept, but unfortunately this detail means I won’t be able to hang it. I wanted to share this feedback because I imagine other customers may make the same assumption I did when browsing the USA map category.
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Heather. We’re sorry for the confusion, you’re right, some map variants don’t include Alaska and Hawaii, and this should have been clearer in the description. We’re updating the listing and have reached out via DM to help make things right. We truly appreciate your kind words and the chance to improve.
We had been wanting a caribbean map to pin all our cruise travels when I came across the Forever map. We were able to catch a great sale and got our map, already framed in a dark wood frame. It processed quickly and arrived on time with great updates aling the way. It came carefully wrapped and packaged. We love it and have already pinned our travels.
Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the perfect Caribbean map for your cruise adventures and that you were able to catch a great deal. We’re also glad everything arrived on time, carefully packaged, and with helpful updates along the way. Most of all, we love hearing that you’ve already started pinning your travels! We hope your map continues to fill up with wonderful cruise memories and many more adventures to come. Happy travels!
Have been going back and forth with via email. It's definitely an automated system responding. Ordered it December 2nd, everything was off to a great start and then 2 weeks went by and no update. Reached out and they told me its not finished yet but then turned around and told me ups had lost it. And they wont make it a priority after they screwed up so it wont be here for Christmas.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Lost packages are just as disappointing for us, and we understand how upsetting it is especially around the holidays. While we did our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, the seasonal volume unfortunately led to delays and complications beyond our control. We’ve reached out privately to help resolve this and truly hope we can make it right for you.
My fault i should’ve ordered a bigger one, very hard to see the countries’ names, and for me that travels quite often to Europe I was unable to appreciate the countries I have been, again my fault should have done more homework and order a bigger one. Other than that material, color, quality and everything else was great!
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with the material, colors, and overall quality of your map. We understand how important readability is, especially when you want to highlight all the places you’ve traveled. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, and we hope your map continues to inspire many more adventures across Europe and beyond!
