I have two Power Plus bras

I have two Power Plus bras, two short-sleeve shirts, one long-sleeve shirt, one pair of shorts, and one pair of leggings. I absolutely love the fit and feel of them. I’ve had them for over a year now, and I truly feel they have helped me stand straighter. The reason I invested in this brand was to help change my habit of slouching. To me, good posture makes such a difference because slouching does not exude confidence. These pieces have helped me feel more supported, comfortable, and confident in my body.

These are super supportive and high quality

These are super supportive. I can tell after a workout how much they have helped my feet recover especially after a pvolve fitness class where we stand and do a lot of balancing or weighted balancing. Highly recommend. Cotton is high quality!

the revive bra has seriously changed my life! my posture is better than ever, plus I have less tension in my shoulders, back & neck. I definitely need another one so I can alternate washing & wearing them each day.

Truly supportive socks!!

Truly supportive socks!!! I have the arch booster socks, size medium (I’m a size 10 in women’s) & am prone to plantar fasciitis as well as foot and ankle pain with a lot of walking. The fit of these is so comfortable that I could just wear them around the house but supportive enough for long walks. So happy about it these!

Improved posture score.

Wonderful service and products- ordered from Hong Kong few times already. My posture score was 43 with neck stiffness and foot pain. After 1 month of wearing Forme score became 68, and neck symptoms subsided after 2 weeks.

Hands down the best sports bra

Hands down the best sports bra. Truthfully, I wanted to not love it due to the price tag, however, that was quickly justified. My posture is immediately improved, I’ve never felt so supported, and I genuinely feel good in it — which I think is in large part due to the way it improves my posture. The science is there and after wearing for a couple of months, I’m convinced and couldn’t recommend more!

Returns are impossible

Returns are impossible. I read about this in reviews so ordered through Macy's to avoid the company. I spent hours on the issue - many hours. I started my return the day I got two tops after trying one on. I finally got a form that that amount to absolutely nothing stating they released the money. Macy's said they never got such a refund. The paper looked like it was done on Word. I would never do business with the "company."

Loved putting these socks on my feet

Loved putting these socks on my feet. I worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and tested them out. They definitely helped with my arch support and I do tend to have a little plantar fasciitis and it wasn’t bothering me one bit after work. Game changer!!

I walk multiple miles on an asphalt trail and have been wearing these socks for a few weeks. They’ve helped reduce overall foot soreness. My stride feels more stable and supported.

Pay $18 to try a badly sized bra

Be aware. The size suggestions do not fit everyone. The bra I purchased according to their suggestions was not even close to my size. This made me afraid to try another one. Also, if you buy the "free returns" package, you still end up paying for that AND the original shipping if your item is returned because does not fit you. In sum, you may pay $18 to try a bra that is impossible to wear- like I did. Note: I was given my full refund (minus the "free returns" cost and the original shipping), but I was still greatly sad and frustrated that I lost $18 for no reason. No useful product in the end when I purchased it with so much hope.

Humble Opinion of various Forme merchandise

3 stars is the average. Arch support socks and Ankle support socks do provide support.(5) Leggings provide support. But not as much as would have expected based on the cost. However they do feel lightweight neither heavy nor restrictive. (4) Shorts do not stay in place during workout. Constantly tugging on them to reposition. Particularly the thighs shifting up during squats and other lower body exercises. (3) Short sleeve "posture straightening" tee shirt does indeed pull shoulders back however it is incredibly uncomfortable and too tightly restrictive for anyone who has bicep / tricep muscles and broad shoulders. I had to cut the inner layer of material and sew additional material onto the upper arms to be able to wear this as a workout shirt.(2) There is no return for tees, shorts, leggings, or socks. (0) Product line is indeed investment in your health. Is it worth it? ...
