My prayer ministry team of 4, including myself, had no problems getting on the phone line and we were able to have an uninterrupted and thorough meeting. I'm not sure if there's a time limit, but our meeting was over an hour and had no glitches. I'm very thankful to have Free Conference Call as a way to bring us under one roof, when we're not under one roof.
The Free Conference call meetings are always clear and easy access for all. This helps allow the meetings to go smoothly without interruption of dropping someone, etc. Not everyone has access to online all the time.
It’s Impossible to reach Anyone when I have Issues. I tried sending Emails over and over again and they will not go through. There needs to be a better communication between the Customer and Free Conference USA.

My family wanted to have a critical, quick, end of the year conference call with all 7 siblings. Not having a common capable process, I looked up FreeConferenceUSA. We were provided a conference number, and as the host I was able to share information and track the joining of all family members on the call. Midway through the call, none of the participants could hear each other. In addition, when we reconvened the call, at some point, appears someone / somehow entered the call and dialed another number.
