Flawed Return Process
*** !!! UPDATE !!! *** JULY 14 I am both impressed and gratified. Brands that align their reputation with customer service and support are a valuable commodity in our current world zeitgeist. CUSTOMER SUPPORT reached out and resolved the issue. I am happy to say that FUEGO has earned my trust. ***** I have successfully purchased shoes from you for the last 5 years, this was the first time I had to return them due to the fit. What I've found is that the return process is egregious enough to keep me from trying again. With Amazon you get a QR code, return the unused product (no need to buy a separate shipping box) to Whole Foods. Easy peasy. With Fuego, not only is there a penalty fee for making a return (bad marketing), but you use the least reliable and convenient delivery service (one that has "temporarily closed" hundreds of locations nationally) the USPS. Which explains why they took so long to get here in the first place. Inefficient and punitive process precludes my willingness to "try" a new style of shoe from Fuego.

Another girl and I in our dance class got Fuegos and love them! So easy to spin on a floor we struggled with before. Every tume I have danced, I tell the person I am dancing with how much I love the shoes. Worth the investment, especially if you cannot wear heels right now. It has neutral arch support. I will say another girl struggled with her shoe size, so I would suggest that if getting the split sole shoe, get your heel size. I wear size 8 and got size 8 of the low top and 7.5 of the split sole. Both fit perfect. Get sized and measure if you are unsure. No point in buying a shoe that doesn't fit.
Best dancing/walking around shoes
shoes are great. great for walking around before or after dancing if you still want to spin and glide around without wearing leather soled boots

These shoes are probably fine for people with narrow feet. A wider width option would be appreciated. I ordered a half size larger and it still was uncomfortable. Fuego sneakers are not remotely shaped like the human foot.

Bought the jade low tops from the states (I live in Canada), and when I read the reviews they said that the shows fit small. I'm in between 7 1/2 and 8 so I went for the 8s and they are most def too big. Now I don't know if I want to exchange bc of duties and stuff. Bah! Otherwise, I like how light the shoes are and they are very slidey for shuffling.
