Prompt and correct # of items ordered
Merchandise arrived on time and order was correct. Items were good value. However, several items were defective and there was no time to replace before event. Company contacted me and once the company knew what was defective, they promptly contacted me and issued a credit. Great customer service!

My giant inflatable alien didn't hold air the first time we inflated it. However, I was refunded a month later after they saw my review in here. So I changed my review to 4 stars instead of 1 due to the refund.

Their customer support was great! I ordered an assortment of items, and it wasn’t what I expected. I was disappointed because my 3yo wanted something specific within the assortment.
