FDN principles just make complete sense. For someone who has been very unwell with autoimmune issues and had to figure out the path to wellness through trial and error….FDN is the complete opposite!! Test don’t guess. Get well faster and save thousands of dollars and time, by eliminating the trial and error. Learn healthy lifestyle choices and behaviours to further support maintaining good health.

Breaking through a plateau—especially after something as significant as major surgery—is a massive achievement. We love that the self-testing aspect allowed you to truly "walk the talk" and find those missing pieces! My experience with FDN was perhaps the best I’ve had in all of my years participating in distance learning. Not only has all of the staff I’ve ever interacted with been courteous and helpful, if I had an issue that needed further attention (like a very specific question or billing inquiry), they always got back to me in a timely manner and resolved the issue for me without delay.
FDN is a premiere learning experience and essential growth tool for the functional nutrition community. They have continually delivered top notch, professional, yet down-to-earth insight and education that has put me light years ahead of where I would otherwise be in my own clinical nutrition practice.
The program is very clear on the essentials and does so in a concise, focused way, but is also very expansive and always growing.
To add to that, the community is massive and the additional tools available to students and graduates are a constant help and clearly geared to revolutionize not only the nutrition industry but to recreate the norm for what clients and patients should expect from a health coach, dietitian or any nutrition professional for that matter.

The FDN training program taught me a whole new way of looking at disease and health.
I had been struggling with quite many health issues for years after major surgery. Before FDN I tried a couple of detox programs, made some changes in my diet, and adopted some self-care regimens. I felt better, but I reached a plateau and didn't experience any more improvement.
Then I came across the FDN Program, it was definitely a game changer for me! What really sets FDN apart from other nutrition programs, is that the students have the opportunity to run FDN foundational functional labs on their own and get one-on-one coaching and support from the course mentors. That's truly "walk the talk". With the much-needed resources of various assessment tools and the right functional lab work, for the first time, I was able to connect all the dots and find the missing pieces of my health puzzle.
FDN is not just "another program". It offers a systematic healing roadmap and corrective strategies. I know exactly what to eat and supplement, how to exercise, how to pivot when things go a bit off.
Now I use what I learned from FDN to build my holistic nutrition practice, help my clients understand what is happening in the body, and implement evidence based protocols to support the body's natural ability to heal and function at its potential.

Exceptional program, especially for the price. I easily would’ve paid $25k for this if I had known what it would do for my health and career.
I loved the 1-on-1 support and the focus on training with labs. I ended up having several people I know go through the course, including my girlfriend!
I think this program is perfect for anyone who needs to restore their health or wants to make an actual career out of helping people struggling with chronic health conditions. This course has changed my whole perspective on what it truly takes to be at ones optimal health. I looked at other health coaching courses, but when I came across FDN, I knew this was exactly what I needed. It is definitely in a health coaching league of its own. FDN has been a phenominal experience. Going through the program taught me how to find hidden stressors and not treat the symptoms. We learned the DRESS model and were trained on many different labs. I knew I wanted to make an impact for people who were struggling with ailments and not getting anywhere in the western medical system. I had been a person suffering from multiple things and didn't get the help I needed from my doctors. I was a self study for many years and knew that there had to be a better way to heal. I couldn't accept the model my doctor was suggesting, and I am so glad I didn't.
With FDN I was given/taught the tools and how to obtain true health in a short period of time. The knowledge and support with FDN was great, but what makes them so wonderful is the option for continued support and learning as a graduate.
