I don't have a lot of health issues and don't take prescription medicine. Function Health does a thorough work up that I can determine if I need further follow up. It's a great value for the cost. If I have any issues, customer service has been very responsive.
Blood draw went well. Results came in quickly and the information I’ve received helps me move forward with a health plan. I think you get a lot of tests and info for a good price.

I liked the ease of scheduling and results breakdown. I do not like that after purchasing my package it asked me multiple times to add additional items (really felt pressured to purchase additional items). While I liked the typed summary I was under the impression that I would receive a 1 on 1 consultation with a provider. I also don't like that it auto signs you up for renewal
Great improvement on how quickly I got my clinicians notes and results.
It was easy to just go have the blood drawn and basically wait for results. No dr appointments needed and alot of information from all the test. All I need now is recommendations on achieving my goals for a healthier lifestyle. Thank you so much 😊

The app works great. The data and clinical notes are helpful. If you want to know deeper info that may indicate some pro-active actions you can take, it is great. The AI chat is good. It allows you to interact with the data and get some guidance on questions you have on anything. It knows your history and data so it can help steer you when you are considering live style and supplement suggestions.
