A great experience for the first time
A great experience for the first time. Lumibricks are a fun, educational experience that rival other building brick companies. i can't wait to see what they do next.
Well made sets and the lighting really brings them alive.
Very well made, creative sets that are really fun to put together. Seeing the builds lit up at night is wonderful. Also great customer service as well. I had one set that was missing a piece so I reached out through email and they replied back in a timely manner and sent me the missing the piece.

Great Experience
Shopping is easy, purchasing is simple, sales are great, shipping was quick. The shipment came from overseas, and I was able to track it the entire way, and it arrived a bit earlier than expected.

Lumibricks always deliver. You can't go far wrong if you are looking for an alternative brick set.
Very pleased with Customer Service
Was given a gift of the set F9042 Apartment. As I started to build, figured out one of the bags were missing. Contacted support and after figuring out what bag was missing, the missing bag was sent along so that I could start the build. Customer service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The best
The best. Incredible value for money. Assistance is present and responds quickly. I hope they can improve with tracking, because when the tracking they provide changes, and it's hard to find.
