My Negative points... (Solved)
my "pending reward" chargeback was applied in Adgate Media and my points became negative even though it was "pending". When completing the offer it said "Confirms after 7 days". A chargeback was applied to my reward before the 7 days were up. I couldn't receive my reward and my score went negative. This is not possible. I reported this problem to the first site support, but they did not help me, so I had to write it here. Once my problem is solved, I will give my evaluation 5 stars.
