Jake also claimed we refused to cancel his service unless he signed in. This never happened. Jake was already signed in when he first contacted us, and staff replied the same day detailing steps to cancel, politely noting how to swap games, and asking if he had any questions or needed assistance. Our records show that Jake read our emailed billing reminders and our support reply. He never responded, and chose not to cancel for another month.
