Shipped on time
Shipped on time, but previous people had it shipped before release date and when I contacted support they denied that some people had it shipped although they did.

Very best online retailer!
Always ships timely and cheaply, with materials packed thoughtfully.
Items are protected well, and price is decent
Price is decent, often the lowest among similar online retailers that are also trustworthy. Better than most of them in the shipment protection, items always come in pristine condition, great place to purchase collectibles for picky collectors like myself.
Awesome website with solid Hot Toys selection
Awesome website with solid Hot Toys offerings. I scored a high in demand Darth Vader figure at a retail price. Figure was packaged very well and shipped promptly. Thanks!

Process to order was easy but we drove over only to have my son disappointed that the miniature he wanted was broken. Was told we could glue it, decided on a refund instead. This was at the pick up location in Richardson.
