Return gone wrong
I order catcher’s gear for my son, it did not fit. I tried to exchange it and they sent me a return label. I kept on following up after I return my item and they told me that it was not supposed to be delivered until 4 days later and then they will ship my new item. I needed the new item since it has been at least a week of my return. I asked them to please just return my item, I knew I would be charged for the return shipping. They never reply and the 5 days later my original item was return to me. I feel like this people are scammers.

I'm sorry your experience was not ideal. But just to clarify since you gave us a 1 star review...You received the correct set of gear that you ordered, and it didn't fit so you asked to exchange it. We sent you a prepaid UPS label (on us) to give you free return shipping for the exchange. Our local UPS unfortunately attempted to deliver your return package to the wrong business, and they refused it, causing UPS to automatically send the package back to you. We then sent a 2nd prepaid return label (also on us) to return the gear again, and because of the delay you decided you wanted a refund instead of an exchange. We still decided to pay for your return shipping even without doing an exchange because of the UPS error. We did reply several times explaining that situation, but you did not respond to our emails. Once we received your package back, we refunded your entire purchase. The only business that deserves a 1 Star review from this transaction is UPS...We did everything in our power to take care of you through the purchase and return. I would ask that you understand that UPS makes mistakes and consider revising your rating for our small business. Thanks and have a blessed day!

In case you are wondering like I was: These guys are legit. I had not heard of them, but they were one of the few places we could find the item we were looking for. I tried them for the first time and had a great experience. Ordered an expensive catcher gear set, and it was drop shipped to us directly from All Star - brand new, exactly what we ordered.
