Really gone downhill recently
Have been using this company for some time, but lately the customer service is appalling. I paid for slots on the partner event for Monopoly Go and 1 hasn't started more than 48 hours later, but was constantly smashing my buildings. Messaged to ask them not to, and they stopped. All 3 partners have completed so this is my last one, which is stopping me from completing and getting the grand prize. I have messaged 3 times to ask why they haven't completed and have been ignored. The previous time I purchased, some players had been banned so I guess I should have learnt and not purchased from them again. Really gone downhill lately.
