I had a big problem with my computer logging on to the internet. Technician Andrew Green took the time to walk me though the problems and the reason for the issues. After taking the time to explain everything he took the time to explain how to correct the issue and the difference in protection on the market. He completed repairs, his service was outstanding and the system which was installed is great. I look forward to hearing from him in the future, with now computer issue. My computer was locked up with hundreds and hundreds of pop-ups, After contacting Geek-way and talking to Peter, he accessed what he thought were the issues. I allowed Peter access to my computer and he went to work. I do not know the technical language but what ever had control of my computer Peter solved. I am very pleased with the results.

Goodman and his team spent the better part of a day getting all the bad stuff such as malware and foreign traces and viruses out of the system and now the computer has been protected and is like having a new device.
