It seemed complicated at first but the support is amazing. Once you buy the Gemini program you set up a support call and they help you understand and even help troubleshoot any problems you may be having setting up. They are great!

Within the first week, my son learned to answer the name of objects when asked "what is that?" without the need to repeat the question! Very impressed with the progress he's made in such a short time! Highly recommend Gemiini!

Effective Speech Tool for Autistic Kid

I forgot how I came across Gemiini for my 8-year-old son, probably desperate and extremely dissatisfied with the SLP at the school in a school district that has high rating. The SLP even in the IEP meeting said, "I suspect he has issues with his voice box", therefore, let's do AAC device, assuming he can't talk. When everyone around him hears his making sounds and speaking a few words, I turned to his ENT doctor for helps and inquiries a few times. Even they couldn't understand why a SLP would say that and they don't think he is qualified for their voice disorder program. 3 years with the school, he said 2 words that he already knew (we taught him) and forgot 5 words that we taught him before we sent him to the school. After the first week trial with Gemiini starting in mid-June, I immediately noticed the differences, he was making more sounds. I right away subscribed the full year. The Gemiini support (Natalia Gardella) helped me create more videos that specific for my son. He can speak and calls his brother and sister along with "Mama" and "Dada" and things he likes to do and eat. He continues to make more sounds and says more words. He bought back his favorite thing to do which is reading. He would hold the book and read the words he knows, and we help on the words he doesn't know. As of now September 2025, he knows and speaks just about 100 words. Huge progress in 3 months!! If you are a parent who is tired of all the excuses the school gave you. Don't have time to be on the waiting list for an expensive/arrogant SLP outside of school, this is the tool to go for. It completely fits our schedule (mealtime), saves our time (I don't need to create pictures, flash cards and videos), I don't need to keep repeat words (autistic kids need a lot of repetitions), not to mention, I am an immigrate who doesn't speak English like native speakers. The most import, my son likes visual learning. Gemiini's videos focus the words, from showing the pictures related to the word, video clip of conversation using the word, and to focusing on mouth movement at slow and normal speeds, no distracting background. We follow the video clip and save a "reward" aside to encourage my son to remain seated for mealtime and watching Gemiini at least 15 minutes. As he has lunch at school, no video watching is allowed, we make up one session before he goes to bed. We are so grateful with Gemiini and the support team.

My experience was great because the representative Rai (Rashida) gave in-depth on how to navigate about so many different areas of Gemiini that I was not aware of. She was very patient and listened to what I actually needed, every small detail she took note off and somehow found way to assist me; ie solar system, chemistry etc. How to built videos in an effective way so the child stays interested and learns. She answered all questions I had and more. Also gave some practical ideas and tips on how we can apply Geminii in real life . Also adding her experience with Geminii and who understands what you go through/challenges etc creates a trustful rapport where you can open up more and get more help for your child. I am beyond pleased with the call and quality assistance Gemiini offered.

I wish I knew about this app resource before!

I was initially hesitant, do many " talking" apps on the socials, referred by a FB mom group who told me about Gemiini! I'm so thankful, I have two kids ASD DX, the older sibling had apraxia of speech, all resolved during preschool, and by kindergarten he was at peer level. Fast forward 5 years to #2! Same speech issues, we have been doing in-person therapy, wasted a few months with terrible office, went back to therapist we've used in the past but they are outside of my insurance network so we pay out of pocket. The coaching was unexpected, so helpful in guidance, I would schedule a call out the gate with a coach, don't go wasting time navigating the site solo... I haven't been able to follow the protocol exactly, but we're a work in progress. It's been about 3 weeks and he's had amazing progress, he said open! He normally signs the word open! Lots more vowel sounds in 3 weeks! I can't wait to keep learning and getting better at home structure. The coaching also gave ideas to assist! Parents...tell everyone whose struggling with speech!

The school districts should use this system as a supplement because no therapist has the bandwit to cover what Gemiini can do in an accerated pace.
