Great Service!
Great Service!! Fedex wasn't able to deliver package as they do not come into my area until after closing. Talked to (Mark) at GermanAutoParts on Friday to make them aware of situation as Fedex was returning shipment. GAP had the parts on my doorstep by Sunday afternoon! Thank You VERY Much for going above & beyond!!!!!!!
Great customer services
Great customer services! Before sending the parts, they called and verified the ordered parts according to my car’s Vin number and suggested the sensors I should’ve included with the parts. They worked outside business hours so my order can be shipped out on time. The parts were delivered and installed and worked great so far. Thanks!
The transaction was great
The transaction was great; it’s just the ‘two day air’ delivery was not on time and missed the person who was supposed to bring the parts back to ZA for me…

We are sorry you did not received the order when you expected it, we just took a look at the shipping and see you had selected FedEx Next Day Air and the package shipped and delivered in one business day as scheduled. We received your order on Sunday the 3rd, it was processed and shipped on Monday the 4th and was delivered on Tuesday the 5th. Please be aware that orders placed over the weekend when we are closed or after shipping cut-off/close of business will not leave until the next business day. Good phone access to a real human, shipped quickly as promised
I ordered a turbo seal that I needed before leaving on a long trip, and it arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Before ordering on a late Friday afternoon, I called first, a nice human picked up, and was assured the part would arrive on Monday.
