It is very hard to get someone to speak with. David Rubin only corresponded through email and I had many questions that went unanswered. We would not have selelcted the watch we purchased knowing the watchband was not what we were looking for. Carlos was great in getting back to me on the authentication timeline.
The company, Jack, reached out after my purchase to answer any questions I might have had about the watch and with the process of getting the watch to me. There was a few “problems” but he was able to answer all the questions I had and was very reassuring. The best experience of buying a watch online I have ever had. From start to finish the process to obtain my new watch was fantastic. Bezel made sure that everything went according to plan. When I e-mailed a couple of questions the concierge team reached out with a phone call-much appreciated-rather than continue a text or email stream. I am looking for another watch for my son and will definately use Bezel again!

Overall, the in person customer service is excellent. There are two things regarding the web page that could be improved. One, when searching the auction, watches did not always appear on first pass. Second, when submitting a bid, it would be helpful to have the “are you sure” button which would have saved me a call to customer service. Finally, a point of personal preference, please make it VERY clear that box and papers are not available rather than say, “what’s included” which can list box and papers. Maybe specify “No Box” and/or “No papers”

Pretty simple process as far as getting set up for the bid once I won the auction all I had to do was wait a few days for the seller to get everything to basil and basil quickly authenticated everything and shit to me insured overnight. There was no reserve, which was good because there are additional costs, but that’s understandable for a large purchase. I would do this again.

My rating is based primarily on the excellent condition of the watch I received. It was flawless. The ability to make an offer allowed me to get it at a great price. The Bezel authentication added to my comfort in purchasing a watch like this online. I will say the concierge chat was a bit slow to respond. That could use some attention.
I bought two watches through auction. Watch #1: advertised as unworn, during authentication the team noticed very small marks on the back, called to alert me that it was not as advertised. I continued with the purchase and cannot see the marks. Very high attention to detail with this group. Love the piece. Watch #2: purchased and while waiting for shipment I noticed the exact posting again. Same numbers, marks, photos, description, all of it identical. It took about 24 hours for the chat team to get back to me which was disappointing. Received the watch today and it was in better shape than the photos showed so that was nice. Would buy from them again
