Fast approval and professional support throughout the process
I recently opened an account with Ironbeam (via GFF Brokers), and the entire process was smooth and professional.
The application was reviewed quickly, and whenever additional information was required, the team communicated clearly and promptly. The electronic document signing process was straightforward, and I received approval faster than expected.
Support was responsive and helpful throughout the process, which made the experience reassuring, especially when opening an international account.

I have been with GFF brokers for about 6 months now. I trade futures almost everyday. NQ is my favorite. I use Rithmic platform for trading. The trade executions are super fast on this platform. Have never experienced any slippage.
In regards to customer service, Vinny is the best! I have dealt with him few times. He is always helpful.

A Broker who covers you at 360 degrees, quick and professional
It is a well organised company and you can feel that you are covered by a real team in which everyone is a specialist. Compliance, Back office, New accounts, Brokerage desk.They are all focused and very professional. This is how a modern broker has to work in my opinion. COMPLIMENTS

Very good and responsive customer support all the way from initial funding to order execution questions! I'm only changing, because GFF Brokers apparently do not support non-US clients who want to trade on NinjaTrader.
