1 Star – Extremely Disappointed! I paid 3x the price for this gift. I live in Karachi and have a good idea of market prices, but still preferred ordering from this website and paid the full amount listed—without asking for any discount or negotiation. I'm also a repeat customer. In return, I received a badly written handwritten note with so many spelling mistakes. How can a gift company be this careless with presentation? It completely ruined the feel of the gift. And after all that, they still asked for the address and location—then what’s the point of filling out the form on their website? Very bad service. This experience spoiled the whole gift. I’m never buying from here again.
