It was my first time buying tire from Giga but it was a great experience. All I did was pay and my tire was delivered and installed in no time. I will definitely used again in the future. I recommend using Giga people, go for it.
Order arrived as indicated on line. They arrived in good condition and on time. My istallation went as planned. I will use Giga tires in the future.
I got my tires at Pep Boys. Problem is that Pep Boys doesnt honor the appointment unless you call them that morning or day before. Too many customers dont show up. So i had to wait 3 hours to get my tires installed even with reservation. Giga Tires should remind both the client and the installer of the appointment and create a confirmation.
