I engaged Global Ink Publishing (GIP), working primarily with Bob Collins, for a single, clearly defined purpose: to establish and manage a TikTok presence for my books through promotional videos and paid ads. Over a six-month period, GIP produced only three poorly designed videos and ran one brief paid advertisement. While that ad reportedly generated views, it contained no meaningful sales referral or call-to-action, rendering it ineffective. No analytics or credible performance reporting were provided beyond that. At GIP’s request, I also sent them two hardcover copies of every book I have written, nearly 40 books total, for what I was told would be influencer distribution. By their own admission during a phone conversation, none of those books were ever sent to anyone. When I later requested that the books be returned, they were not. I paid $5,000 for these services, which GIP required to be sent by wire transfer. Despite the lack of delivered results and unresolved issues, GIP subsequently attempted to upsell me on two additional campaigns, one priced at $12,000 and another at $24,000, each for four months, without first providing proof of performance for the original engagement. At that point, I disengaged. I am a professional novelist with an established publishing history, and I do not make claims like this lightly. My concern is less about recovering money and more about preventing other authors from having a similar experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Global Ink Publishing. I strongly encourage writers to exercise extreme caution and to demand clear deliverables, verifiable proof of execution, and transparent reporting before engaging with this company.
I discovered Global Ink Publishing when looking for a company that provides not only book writing but also book publishing. It just look me using Global Ink Publishing service only once for me to realize that they were the finest choice.
Thank you for trusting Global Ink Publishing! We’re glad your first experience showed you you’d made the right choice. Wishing you continued success on your publishing journey!

I loved my experience with Globalink Publishing. The entire staff from editors to illustrators was fantastic! Bob Collins is a talented project manager!! Bob is creative, enthusiastic, and task oriented!

I am the new proud author of the, "ABC's of RCFE". I was FAR from the easiest of clients. However, my representative, Ignatius Victor, rose to the challenge. He was patient, informative and comforting. My one suggestion, is for everyone to get ALL the facts, in writing, in advance, as to EVERY step necessary for a completed publishing product, including TOTAL costs. My paranoia and fear of fraud, sent me over the edge, each time some "new" cost was mentioned. Fortunately, we weathered the storm and I not only am VERY grateful and appreciate of Ignatius, if he is not burnout with me, I'm ready to complete another project, which I am certain will result in 5 stars.
Congrats on publishing "ABC's of RCFE"—what an achievement! We know the journey wasn’t always easy, and we’re so glad Ignatius could be there to guide and support you through it. Thank you for your honest feedback; we hear you on the importance of clear, upfront communication and are working to make that even better. We truly enjoyed working with you and would love to team up again for your next project! —The Global Ink Publishing Team
My experience with Global Ink Publishing has been very positive. As a new author, I did not know the questions to ask, or the actual process involved, but my then project manager, Bob Collins, smoothed the stones from my path. Global Ink generally, and Mr Collins in particular, have been very responsive to my questions, very professional in their work on my manuscript, as well as very supportive. I plan to continue my relationship with them based on that responsiveness and professionalism, and I highly recommend Global Ink to any first time author, or anyone else looking for a quality publishing company.
