Extremely long delivery time
Extremely long delivery time, verification took more than a week. At least the shoes came in perfect condition. Ordered the shoes on the 16th and literally got them today..They didn’t ship until the 27th.

You shouldn’t get any stars but the lowest is 1 so that’s all you get. Why don’t you try using a different source of shipping because we Never received any type of notification that we had a package going to be delivered and it Was Never Delivered and they returned it back to you the shipper and you expect me to pay for another shipping cost? I don’t think so. *Just Refund Me My Money.
Seller was trash and lied
Seller was trash and lied. GOAT team found out shoes were used asf instead of NEW. They tried to find replacements and gave me a refund immediately.
Communication sucks, but I’ll stick around
Ended up having to look for a new pair for me after authentication didn’t go well. Love that they look out for their customers. They could improve their communication quite a bit, I had no idea what was going on and had to do some digging to understand why they were looking for a new pair after I received an email saying I could pay for a quicker turn around/delivery. Other than that, everything went great!
I received what I ordered
I received what I ordered, although I don't like the shipping taking so long. What I ordered was a gift for my niece, and I'm happy that it arrived on time. Ordering from GOAT should be a last resort, especially for stuff no longer in stock at the store. Things to consider before ordering: the products are as described but the shipping is not fast, as it has to be shipped to GOAT for verification before it's shipped to you. Still, I'd definitely order from here again but only if absolutely necessary.
Hard To Find Shoes Found Here
Found some shoes that I had been having trouble finding. Delivery time has been reasonable and efficient as have updates on order status. It did take some effort to learn to navigate the website. It is NOT intuitive nor are there many guidelines. I’m still struggling to do some things. Overall, very satisfied with my experiences so far.
