Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the fantastic quality of the products, noting that the keycaps, switches, and custom designs always look clear, crisp, and wonderful. People also mention that the support team and creative designers are extremely helpful, very patient, and quick to resolve any custom requests. However, some reviewers noted that delivery and shipping times can sometimes be quite long since packages are shipped from overseas locations. A few other people also felt that they faced occasional minor issues with incorrect item colors or design alignment during their custom orders.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Great customer service with an even better keyboard! One thing that was iffy was that some of the switches were not in all the way when the keyboard was unpacked and came out. Other than that it still earned the 5 stars!
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Enjoy your new setup! 😊✨
Really very knowledgeable staffs, and they were really very helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience. We're overjoyed to have such amazing customers like you!
I bought the Cherry MX Silent Red and they are amazing! The wait was not much at all and they arrived in very good state. They feel very nice when typing aswell and the sound is very good and quiet which i needed for a better experience when talking with friends in voice chats. I'm also very satisfied with my purchase thanks to the Discounts the store has from time to time, making it easier to buy when you are in a budget. Overall a good first experience with the store! Will buy again.
Your words made our day. We're so glad you enjoyed our product. Thanks for choosing us!
The staff was helpful in adjusting my design and the turn-around time did not take long! I love my custom keycaps, the quality is top-notch. Definitely recommend if you're looking for custom keycaps.
We're ecstatic to hear your feedback! It's customers like you that make our job so rewarding. See you again soon!
Best keyboard I have ever owned. And the support service was so nice to me❤️
Your review made us do a happy dance! We appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you in the future.
Goblintechkeys is amazing!! The color and design came out close to perfect!! I accidentally ordered the wrong format of keys, so there was a mismatch for the bottom row sizing. Goblintechkeys customer service helped make this right by remaking the bottom row and shipping to me with a pretty quick turnaround!! Also, they threw in a couple of extra keys that had the legends slightly off centered, for free!! 10/10 customer service, will definitely order another custom set in the future!!
Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with the color and design—and so glad we could help make the bottom row right for you. We know how important those details are, and it’s great to know the extra keys were a nice bonus, too! Looking forward to bringing your next custom set to life! 😊
Ordered a full custom keyboard designed by them with a cat theme and its super cute!!! Everything feels high quality too. I do wish that I had received a copy of the manual with the keyboard but after a quick email they sent me the pdf so I could figure out the rgb's.
Thank you for the great feedback! We're so glad you love your custom cat-themed keyboard 🐱✨
Great quality keycaps, has been very helpful for me as I study the language. Only company I’ve found that makes a Serbian QWERTZ set.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear the keycaps have been helpful in your studies, and we're proud to offer a Serbian QWERTZ set just for learners like you. Your support means a lot to us, and we hope the keycaps continue to be a valuable part of your language journey!
The ease of designing keycaps as well as the speed at which they should arrive in is astounding. I am utterly impressed with this company and highly recommend it to anyone who wants keycaps on a budget.
We're thrilled to know you loved our product/service! Your satisfaction is our top priority. Looking forward to serving you again soon.
Everything has been perfect. There was a few symbols missing (i chose a swedish layout) but they sent me replacements right away!
Thank you for the glowing review! We're delighted to hear you had a fantastic experience with us. Can't wait to serve you again!

The time... It takes way too long and even then the name on keyboard was not positioned properly. I don't have time to wait another 3 months to get the name properly set so it's ok for now. I would like them to remove ad's for a little while so they can catch up on order AND also get the orders they have correct.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're committed to providing excellent service and regret that we fell short. Your feedback helps us improve.
Shipped in 2 weeks, easy soft wear, amazing print quality. I have been looking for a company that does this for like 2 moths, and finely found one. sound pretty good, but not as good as some other keycaps,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying your purchase. Your support means the world to us!
I purchased a full set of custom keycaps for a keyboard for my wife, and the staff at Goblintechkeys made the whole process very easy. They contacted me to confirm the design, noted any issues, and responded to my nitpicks. I also requested an additional 7 keycaps, and though an error occurred with that order, they were quick to offer a replacement. Emails were always replied to within 1 working day and they were always friendly and helpful. I would be glad to use their service again.
We're so happy to hear that you had a great experience with us! Thank you for your support and for sharing your positive feedback.
Help them out. I bought key caps of them and they look fantastic. They are of high quality. They are worth this 5-star review.
We greatly appreciate your positive feedback! It's wonderful to know that you're happy with our product. Thank you for choosing Goblintechkeys!
so the initial product truly is fantastic. however the hotkeys to put the keyboards into different modes is hard to understand the directions where not as descriptive as id like, i found myself looking back at the hand book to take the keyboard out of 2.4G or BT mode was a large task on its own. other wise this product would have been a 5 star.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're committed to providing excellent service and regret that we fell short. Your feedback helps us improve.
Highly recommend this website. I created my own design and they made it come true! They are very supportive and responsive. Definitely buying from them again.
Thanks for the fantastic review! We're delighted that you love your new keycaps. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Amazing keycaps. So beautiful. Ordered 2 sets already & plan to order many more in the future
Thanks for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to know that you're pleased with your custom keycaps. Enjoy your new setup!
I ordered a set of keycaps for my Neo 65 board and holy crap! These things are gorgeous! I had no issues with the design/quality, it honestly couldn’t be better. Installing the keycaps was a breeze and now I want to get a second set, but my wife would kill me. The team at GoblinTech were very helpful with ironing out details in the design, and it only took about 4 weeks for them to arrive; which is great considering we are on opposite sides of the world and this is a custom design. If you want to take your keyboard to the next level and make your board truly unique and yours, I couldn’t recommend anyone going anywhere else but Goblin Tech.
We're so happy to hear that you had a great experience with us! Thank you for your support and for sharing your positive feedback.
