Poorly printed, zero contact from company.
Layout was entirely different than set on site (I followed all directions exactly. Highly displeased with final product. No contact was made about the obvious sizing error before shipment.

People also mention that the support team and creative designers are extremely helpful, very patient, and quick to resolve any custom requests. This was my second order from Goblin…
This was my second order from Goblin Keys, and it came out exactly as I wanted. They have no become my first choice for my future custom keyboard, numpad and macro pad builds. The keycaps are of perfect quality, and the pictures are all crisp and clear. No issues with designing or ordering from them. The delivery was fast considering where they are coming from. Keep up they great work.
Very Happy and satisfied.
The key cap I ordered came out great damn near perfect quality. I followed their instructions and hints and got exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering from them again in the future. Perfect little gifts for my PC nerd friends and for my keyboards, mechanical macro pad and fidgets. They delivered with UniUni and that was also cool because I got it on Sunday instead of having to wait an extra day.
I ordered keycaps with Greek…
I ordered keycaps with Greek characters. Great quality material and the printing is outstanding. And at last one keycap set that got the Greek ς right! Everything flawless. Thanks guys, great job.
Really impressed with these keycaps
Really impressed with these keycaps. The PBT is thick and feels premium, and the dye-sub legends are super clean. Shipping to Europe was quicker than I expected too. Great communication overall. Definitely recommend if you want custom caps that actually look and feel high-end.
Thumbs up! 😎
Honestly, the whole idea of making or ordering custom key caps was new. It took a while to get my package but would rather it take time and get a good quality product than something that's rushed. I order some very basic key cap designs but was happy with the end product and would definitely come back again if I ever decide to order more custom key caps.
Great experience buying a group order of custom keyboards
I helped with a group buy order for GoblinTechKeys: I was impressed by how organized and easy it they made it for us to order custom designs for everyone, and the keyboards were accurate to the designs!
Printing and material quality
The printing quality of the keycap is very good. And I love the marbly sound of the spacebar material.
Ho-hum
They we friendly to work with, but ultimately they were not very helpful in providing everything I needed (and expressly said I wanted), nor did the final product come out looking like the mock up.
Everyone thought we had the best merch…
Everyone thought we had the best merch at this conference. They were great to work with. So responsive and professional. We will be ordering more!
Good stuff 😎
Was a bit skeptical at first- orders and shipping took a while but worth the wait. Custom keycaps fit and looked good, would definitely order again for any custom keycap needs 🙌🏼
I'm super happy with the product
I'm super happy with the product! I also won a free custom deskmat with it!
1000 perfect keychains
I ordered 1000 keychains for our conferences and events, and they are a huge hit!! People love that it's a functional keychain and can't help clicking the addictive key. This is such a great product idea and it will be a staple in our events giveaways.

Amazing quality
Amazing keycaps quality Delivery faster than expected Very good support
Bought from them twice now
Bought from them twice now. Amazing customer service and have had my first set of keycaps for about 4 years I'd say. Washed them plenty of time with what seems to be no wear. And even when finding problems with my 2nd set of caps they helped me out by correcting my own mistakes.
