After being a customer for over two years, I decided to a update my system with the Black Tank flush adapter and the Smart Cap upgrade. Blu Tech just keeps getting better and better. What will they come up with next ? I had a few questions about the videos were most helpful. My parts were delivered in less than a week after purchased. THANK YOU !!
Best customer support ever. Instead of asking me to buy a replacement system, they patiently entered my questions about how I could modify my existing blu tech solution to get what I needed. Prompt, insightful response responses. I love this company!
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I have installed the unit in our RV but have not tested its function with the filters installed. I live in the Midwest and it has turned cold. The RV is winterized and will not be testing the system with filters and water until we head south in Dec. With the cost of this filter I did not want the portable version sitting out where someone could steal it. For that reason I went with the installed option. What I would have liked is the direct garden hose attachment option made available. If that option is on your website, I could not find it. Instead I ended up using pex and connectors to make it work for my situation.
Quality products , I purchased the AR3 XLT filtration system and the CHI Tank for heavy iron. The system eliminates chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, and very stubborn iron. Before CHI Tank the water in the tub, sink would have a dark iron stains. After Blu Tech filtration system the water has absolutely no iron stains at all and no sulfur odor at all.
Haven't used products yet but from inspection all looks good and the quality appears high. Shipping was fast and company kept you updated throughout the fulfillment and shipping process. As of now I gave a 4 star as prices seem a tad high. After using I will follow-up to let know if performance/quality meets the star rating I gave or if it warrants a higher or lower star rating.
We started using the Blue Tech Filter system and water softener about 3 months ago and the results have been amazing. We don’t even buy bottled water anymore. I had seen a video about even the dangers of the plastic in the bottled water. We were always careful not to store them in the heat but after I discovered they spend 3-6 months in non climate controlled storage prior to getting to us I began concerned. When I started using the Filter system I bought a test kit and I am now convinced we are drinking the safest water possible.
We finally took the plunge and spent the money on BluTech...and we could not be happier. The 3-stage filtration system does great work and the water softener is PHENOMENAL. It makes such a difference on typical RV park hard water. Even the packaging that BluTech uses is beyond impressive. Top quality all the way through!
