Waiting for 2 months
I’ve ordered this product almost 2 months ago & still haven’t received it. Although I was getting email correspondence, it was AI at first. Eventually, I was connected to an actual person. He remedied the issue but I’ve still yet to receive my new tracking number. Also, you shouldn’t ask a customer to pay shipping fees that you guys forgot, even if it was going to be reimbursed. I understand not wanting to lose product but how is that my issue at this point? I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again.

I ordered the Goda for women and didn’t realize it was a subscription. The next month they took money from my account and said my order was on the way but i didn’t order anything. I immediately contacted Customer Service. Bryan worked with me gave me 50% of my money back since the product was on the way already. I was content with this result.

Lovely smelling and soft feeling oil
This was for my wife who found it easy to find the Goda site and finding she wanted.
This is her 3rd order she has not had any problems with delivery.
It smells really nice and makes her skin feel softer.
She is using it to help remove the wrinkles at the top of her legs and arms after losing 5 stone due to having Cancer.
Her egs do seem to be looking better.

Order lost or not delivered
for some unknown reason, my order was never delivered. it was sent to an unknown place. when i contacted GODA, they did a search and saw that my order was not delivered to me so the representative told me she would reship my order. I have not received it yet but I am hopeful.
I love the scent and feel of the oil, but honestly, it hasn’t changed the appearance of my skin.
The other issue I have is the free “hers” that is included with the order. I received it in my last order and didn’t like it then, and still don’t like it with this order. There should be an option for a free item instead of just including this woman’s scent.
