Immediately after submitting the redemption, my account was locked/closed, preventing me from accessing my funds or tracking my payout. Whenever I try to reach customer service via the in-app chat, the automated system loops error messages and repeatedly disconnects the conversation. Update : The company replied telling me to "consult game customer service using the corresponding account." THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. My account was completely BLOCKED and CLOSED by you immediately after requesting my $2,200 redemption. Impossible to get ahold of anyone who can help. I am going to have to escalate this
