Saved my job!

Needed beta blockers for work since I do stuff for television. Wow how it saved me! Was one of my first big gigs and needed to impress the network. Without them I probably would of just froze with a crazy heartbeat. Will keep these in handy for situations like these. Highly recommend!

I will never again present without taking a beta blocker. I am an extremely nervous speaker with all the classic panic responses. Not only does my fear impact my performance, it also creates massive anxiety for weeks or even months in anticipation of the event that affects every aspect of my life. I tried a beta blocker for the first time when speaking at a very large conference. It was magic. I had no pounding heart or shaking voice and sounded calm and confident.
