I met with Krystal to evaluate my jewelry. She was very helpful in informing me about the multi-process steps she was using to determine whether the silver and gold were authentic and then the grade of gold as 10K, 14K, or 18K. It was interesting to me as a customer, and I appreciated that she described the steps she was doing. I actually went back to see Krystal again with some additional pieces to have assessed. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the offers and the money transfer was deposited into my account promptly and showed the next day. I’m now a Loyal Customer! Thanks, Krystal and Gold Adam!

My experience was rushed there were people outside waiting to get there to come in. Also my evaluation of my gold I do not believe was not a correct one but that also goes with being rushed. He seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next person.
