If you buy a wearable GPS unit, it is classified as an "Electronics" purchase. If you open the box (for example to try it on) you will not get 100% of your money back - even if the box is a simple cardboard box with no seal! 100% satisfaction guarantee doesn't mean squat. This is small minded vendor.

Web Site Marginal - but personal service Good
they had this secret price - look in cart to see sale price. That never happened so I called in on their sales line - first time the gentleman told me there was no discount. Waited a couple of weeks tried the website - secret price advertised but no discount in the cart so I called the sales line again and this time the agent found a discounted price and I bought the clubs. They were shipped fast and arrived on the projected date - so all is good.
Poor service
The prices are okay but their staff are deficient in manners. Clubs I bought were as I had anticipated, however one of the head covers was for a different club. I wrote the company and have not gotten any answer at all! There is a lot of competitors out there, customer service sets the great ones apart from the ordinary ones..... Very disappointed in your lack of correspondence. I had expected much better customer service to remedy your very own mistakes. Stay away!
