Dependable Customer Service & Seamless Transaction
I didn’t think true customer service existed anymore, until I placed an order for custom driver headcovers from this company; specifically, Art Barnes. We are a 501c3 that takes in retiring K9s and we needed headcovers for an upcoming golf tournament/fundraiser. Art had a headcover designed that was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. “Above & beyond” does not do this business justice. How does the owner forgot to place an order
I am so upset about not receiving our order before our event. The owner of the company forgot to place the order that we made in June. He is giving us a lot of free "stuff" but I am in a huge bind without this order. Extremely upset

Christina, I have been here 22 years helping great events like yours, and we appreciate every client that puts there trust in us. As the owner whatever the reason, it is my responsibility to do everything possible to try and help best we can even though we were not able to do what we said, and yes I am sick that we have let you down at all. I detailed all we would do to try and make it up to you, best possible and we sent more items then I said, and shipped out same day we discussed what we would currently do to try and help, then we have also increased your original order by 30%, not the 20% we said we would. I can't take back our mistake, huge mistake. But I am trying with every fiber of my being to show you, we do care and that we are truly sorry that we have caused you any stress and upsetness, it is not what we are about, my team and I work 24/6 around the clock, we take Sunday off, and yes, I am very sorry we don't have the custom items you ordered for Monday. I have tried to show you best I can, we are sorry and no there is nothing acceptable in this situation, and I know it. But in 22 years this has never happened, and no it does not matter as you expected us to come thru as we have for thousands of events every year. I am very sorry we do not have the custom items for Monday, you will have a bunch of great stuff for Monday, it is not what you ordered but everything I could send to try and help while we finish your order and provide 30% more then you ordered. I am very sorry again to not have what we promised there Monday, but have done all I know to do to help and show my honest remorse for this situation.
