I can’t recommend Carrie enough
I can’t recommend Carrie enough. I spend a lot of time on my feet for work, but I’m also really into fitness, so when my feet hurt, it affects so much more than just getting through my workday. It impacts my workouts, my recovery, and honestly just being able to enjoy the things I love.
What I appreciated most was that Carrie didn’t just try to sell me a product. She took the time to understand me first. She asked about my lifestyle, what I do every day, what my goals are, and what was actually causing me problems. Instead of trying to make me fit the product, she found the product that fit my life. That made all the difference.
You can tell she genuinely believes in what she’s doing because she knows her products inside and out, but even more importantly, she knows how to listen. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt like she truly cared about helping me find the right solution, not just making a sale. She advocated for what would benefit me based on my lifestyle instead of trying to convince me that one solution works for everyone, and I really appreciated that.
Customer service like that is hard to find. If you’re considering The Good Feet Store, ask for Carrie. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience one I’d recommend to anyone.

I work on my feet all day doing manual…
I work on my feet all day doing manual labor, so when my feet start hurting, it affects everything. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but Carrie took the time to ask what I do for work and really listened before recommending anything. She knew her products well and explained everything without making me feel pressured to buy. She helped me find what fit my job and my needs instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option. My feet feel better, and I wish I would’ve gone sooner. Great experience, and I highly recommend asking for Carrie.

Positive Experience
Alex was welcoming as soon as I walked in. He was very personable, taking an interest in what my issues were. He explained the process from start to finish and everything in between. Alex talked with me about options for my ‘treatment’ and my plan. He provided a ‘White Glove’ experience. I had his undivided attention for an hour. If you are thinking about trying The Good Feet Store, I would highly recommend making an appointment to see Alex.

Replacements
I had Keri today. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I walked in without an appointment and she saw me right away. She was very personable too and we laughed alot. I needed to replace my arch inserts and she took care of that and educated me on discounts that I could get on other products!

I really needed these to work. They aggravate my plantar fasciitis. Wore them a few hours on a Universal Orlando trip in June & left with blisters. I have tried for to wear these for over 6 months. Don’t work for me.
