I have purchased tickets through Good Seat Tickets in the past and I love how easy it is to purchase and obtain the tickets. I love the customer service on how they took the time to call me to make sure I received my tickets and to remind me to download my tickets ahead of the event date just in case I ran into any problems and had to contact them. Also not to mention that I seem to find the tickets at the best prices! Definitely recommend to buy tickets through them.
INSANELY HIGH FEES! The ticket price is better than the other sites I looked at. That being said, I paid almost as much as what a ticket cost for processing and delivery. It's an instant download so I don't understand the outrageous cost. Happy with the purchase and disappointed with the fees!
I was excited to find discount tickets, but they hid all of the very high fees until the very end! Like other ticketing sites, they should show an "all-in" price so you know what you're getting into before entering in all of your information. I also don't like that you would have to meet the seller to get the tickets. Why can't you just get them online like Ticketmaster or other sites?
This was my first time ordering tickets online and the experience and process was very easy. The price for the tickets for the event I was very pleased with, but the extra money for the fees made the price more than I expected. Considering the tickets were for 2 very special people in my life for their birthdays softened the blow on the cost.
