Quick and efficient. Communication between goodwill and tow company wasn’t very good. But communication between tow company and car location was good and got the job done.

My name is not Goodwill Stanley Car was not picked up on day promised But I must say that the driver that did come to get the car notified me the night before and called me the morning of and let me know just when he would be there very nice

Super easy process! I got a call from the towing company the same day I called Goodwill. Was able in schedule within a few days and the tow driver showed up on time. He promptly provided the receipt and was able to tow the car in a few minutes!

Your process was very "user friendly." Everyone was helpful and prompt at every stage of the process. The tow truck driver who came to pick up my vehicle arrived on site right on time--to the minute-- and took care of the whole process within about six minutes. I was sorry to see my car go, but I take comfort in knowing that it may ultimately do some good for people who need it.
