Hi Mary - Thanks for your message. Please note we have refunded your order but depending on your credit card processor it does not hit your account immediately and may take a few days. We’re sorry for the initial delay in shipping, but a delay in logistics for our one day shipping is out of control. It’s very rare for a product to not arrive cold and fresh.

Product is excellent. Very personal service when I screwed up the address -they fixed with no issue. I love the frozen water bottles as coolers. They are way more recyclable than other packaging I get from vendors! Super clever and refreshing!
Loving My Jar of Fresh Spirulina
It's so nice to have fresh spirulina to put into my smoothies or yogurt in the morning. Can't even tell it's there but I know I'm getting all the benefits :)

A nice sturdy box arrived on our poorch. We opened it and found a silver thermal envelope containing fresh and tasty individual chia lina puddings and bottles of ice. We put the puddings and the ice in our fridge and recycled the box and envelope.
