This is the worst experience and bad customer service
This is the worst experience. I booked tickets for a concert and without clarifying during booking I got a notification. After purchase that there is obstructed view. I called and chatted for an hour with no chance to talk to a real person. Very frustrating customer service. Unacceptable and I would never recommend or reuse. Shame on them as they don’t allow even to upgrade.. At least based on AI

I had an excellent experience ordering my tickets for performance at the Birchmere. The process was simple and was completed without any problems or glitches.
Go Tickets is a complete scam
Go Tickets is a complete scam. They mimic legitimate theater sites and have an unbelievable markup (4-5 times the actual price) on tickets and create anxiety but claiming that the tickets you are buying are the last ones available which turned out to be not true. We searched for the website of the actual theater and this site popped up making us think it was the theater. We are seniors and cannot believe that we fell for this. I am just hoping we actually receive tickets.
Charlatan Ticket Merchant
A charlatan of a site. Promoted to the top of searches, go tickets aims to draw in consumers looking for tickets. Then rushes sales at exhorbident prices even if there is not a demand. In this case, ticket costs were 2.5x the original value of 24$ to well over 100$ for two tickets. On top of the prices, the tickets are not available upon purchase! Now the waiting game begins to see if they are valid. For the extra price there should be increased quality or some benefit to this service! Scalpers at best from what I can tell...
