Great Vendor with a Great Product

Great communication with vendor. The items were exactly what I was looking for. The quality of each guitar charcuterie board was exceptionally high. I have already recommended the vendor to others. I plan to use the vendor again.

Everyone needs a board hand crafted by Ty. I purchased this unique board as a gift but wanted to keep it for myself! I will definitely purchase another board for myself and future gifts. Thank you Ty and his wife for making this so special.

Board and Customer Service was Outstanding

Got this as a gift for my MIL and she absolutely loved it! I was truly impressed with the customer service and quality of the board - it was the perfect size and the engraving was flawless. I initially had some concerns that there was no preview of the customization I wanted, only to see they had reached out via email after I submitted my order to present me with customization options (i.e., font, font size, and different positions) to ensure my expectations were met. It was also nice that they let me know when the product was shipped and delivered. Truly a 5-star customer experience, I will definitely be keeping Great Moose Woodcraft in mind for some weddings I have coming up as it the perfect gift!

Timely, friendly service that's hard to find these days.

Service was timely and more than personable. Certainly felt as though we were being cared for as an individual customer, not just one in the queue. Price was right and large order was delivered ahead of schedule.
