Poor customer experience. Purchase was made and confirmed. One week later the purchase was canceled with a notice that there was insufficient stock to cover the single item. The item still shows for sale on their website in the same size and color. Buyer Beware.

Item came in time and was exactly what I ordered.
The shoes were perfect and did arrive befire Christmas. I just wish they had been shipped as soon as I placed the order as I was really stressed that it would not make it in time for Christmas
Amazing customer service! Very friendly over the phone and answered all questions knowledgeably. I then placed a Christmas gift order for Hoka shoes online with them (their store is in Tennessee and I'm in Texas) and they were shipped out the very next day and arrived 2 days later and shipping was free! Very prompt service and a great experience.
It would be nice to know what product I’m reviewing, but I’m guessing my Hoka Arahi 7’s, which I absolutely love and arrived quickly and accurately. Help a girl out, though. It’s the holidays and I’m ordering a lot of stuff from a lot of places. Maybe include a clue in the email for what you want reviewed ;)
