I order wine labels on 05/18/2026. It is now 06/02/2026 and I just got a tracking number that does not work. I do not believe that it has even shipped yet. This is ridiculous. I could have ordered these from Amazon and had them 2 days later.

Hello Chris - We have been communicating about your order and want to make sure all the info is available. 5/18 - You order was received 5/19 - Your order is ready to ship and I reached out via email because the address provided comes up undeliverable on USPS.com and UPS.com. We did not receive a response. 5/20 - We sent a secondary and follow up email. We did not receive a response. 5/27 - Your order was taken to the USPS to manually ship. Same issue provided when trying to ship online - undeliverable address. The address you provided was hand written on the package and postage was applied. We reached out on multiple occasions and provided you tracking info which shows the package is moving in your direction and at a USPS facility at a neighboring town.

Sorry for the issue with your delivery. This was caught last week and a new order was already shipped and due to arrive June 2nd. I also emailed you asking about shipping arrangements but never heard back. Please feel free to respond back via my email so we can try to get your order fixed and delivered on time. Again, so sorry for the mixup with your order. 6-1-26 Update - your order was reprinted and shipped overnight. I emailed you updated tracking info. We are very sorry for the mic up with your order. 6-2-26 Update - Your reprint order that was sent overnight was delivered and 11:39am. Sorry again for the mix up with your order and we did our best to rectify.

Good quality and fairly easy to design!
Stickers looked great and arrived quickly. The actual design part was a little tricky since it was hard to tell exactly what dimensions I needed to use to paste in my oval style sticker but I made it work! Happy with the product and service overall.

Ease of use. Creating is addictive.
Program for product design is very intuitive and has many options to be creative with. Delivery time _ standard _ took less than a week. Custom two sided coasters as merch for a band gig.

The website could definitely use some updating, but don't be alarmed by the software used. I at first thought it was sketchy, but the company provides a very quality product with a very timely delivery. they also have the best pricing for small batches!

The print quality of the labels was…
The print quality of the labels was good, and the final design looked close to what I expected. The colors and artwork came out nicely, and I can tell the product itself has potential. However, I was a bit disappointed with the label format and application process. The labels were harder to peel and apply than expected, and a few ended up with wrinkles or small bubbles on the bottle. I also wish the preview and sizing were clearer before ordering so I could better understand how the finished label would look once applied. Customer support seems helpful and willing to resolve issues, which I appreciate. Overall, I would consider ordering again, but I hope the label format and application experience improve.

Hi Bella! Thanks for the review. We do have a 3D image rendering you can use once the label is placed to help see what it looks like. It is tough though with so many different bottle shapes and sizes. As for the application - did the labels not peel off the liner or was it just the application part that gave you trouble? Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The design that I made on the computer did not at all work in real life, they contacted me, sent pictures and let me correct the issue for free and much patience. They went above and beyond.

Would Highly Recommend
I don't love the user interface for personalizing designs, menus overlapping with workspace was cumbersome and not having things snap to size like a design program felt risky for the final product, but it came out great! The service was prompt, communication was good and the quality of the product is lovely.

Great Customer Service
Todd at GrogTag was very helpful in helping us refine the design of our label and evaluating our graphics to make sure they were of an appropriate resolution.
