Worst purchase of my life. Slept for 2 nights on grounding sheet and felt like I was being fried (current going through me). Each morning my whole body aches and had a terrible headache. Had to take time off work. Returned sheet and a month after they received it, I am still waiting for refund. Do not purchase, scam !!
1 year ago I return my sheet, they told me they will refund me..... still no response and of course no refund... contact to paypal and the didnt help either.... Hope one day the company will be responsible. More than one email every month and nothing....
Been using these sheets for 2 years and recently bought more for the rest of the family. I noticed a big difference especially for my child diagnosed with autism. It calms him, he likes going to his bed and runs off a lot less since getting these sheets. My husband and I noticed we sleep A LOT better with these sheets. Would recommend.
It's been a couple of weeks, and I love this sheet. I think I notice a difference - my watch is saying more REM sleep.
Sheet ripped within the first year and tore about 3 ft. Just normal sleeping did it, nothing out of the ordinary. I emailed the company and they told me tough luck, no refunds. I wouldn't buy from them again at all, don't trust it. Poor quality sheet that shrinks in the wash and tears and doesn't really work at all, also uncomfortable. Don't bother with them at all, terrible customer service as well.
I'm a new user who purchased the grounding mat with neutral expectations. To my surprise, after a week of sleeping on it, my wearable watch began showing lower heart rate throughout the day due to less stress. It also showed my sleep depth improved dramatically. Overall I felt more relaxed and calm. Great product.
I received 2 sheets, they arrived later however it has made a difference to my wellbeing. I feel better and I can take the sheet with me if I am travelling. I have ordered another 2 for friend's
DO NOT PURCHASE. I had an order placed without my consent, though I was able (or so I thought) to immediately cancel it. I was told via email reply order was not canceled, had already shipped (from China, I believe) and once I receive it I should “feel free to reach out with any questions” Customer service appears nonexistent, and from reading other reviews it appears that the refund/return policy is a scam as well. I am placing the charges in dispute and will update once resolved. In the meantime, with so many reputable companies available to purchase from there does not appear to any reason to purchase from Groundinofficial.com
I really love this product, I have the fitted sheets and pillow cases. I really notice a difference when I have been out of town not sleeping on the sheets. I struggle with auto immune difficulties and high inflammation levels I've noticed a large difference when grounding. Just ordered the sheet for traveling!
I bought my sheets at least 2 years ago and use them regularly. Unfortunately, we have not experienced any difference. I love the idea of grounding and we go outside to do so as much as we can. Due to the price point and the lack of results, I am not happy with this purchase. I bought 2 sets one for us and one for my son who also has not really experienced a benefit. A lot of money spent for lack luster results.
I am rating a 3 due to poor customer service. I spent a lot of money on the sheets. I purchased for myself, gave them as gifts and at least 5 friends purchased from them due to my recommendation and providing a direct link to their website. I have no complaints about the product, it worked very well. HOWEVER, the company sent me an offer to provide a video review of the product and in exchange would credit my account for my purchase plus $150. I immediately responded and told them I would like to participate. After multiple emails reaching out, they completely ghosted me. This happened not once, but TWICE. If you aren't going to follow through with an offer to a loyal customer, don't send it. PERIOD Grounding Official lost my future business. In fact, I'm getting ready to order another sheet now because mine wore out. There are other companies with equally good products. I'll give them a try.

Purchased the Grounding Mat. The website is easy and the product was on sale, so the price was reasonable. Purchased because my friend said it helped her neuropathy and sleep. However the rubber smell is very strong. Even allowing it to air out for over a week beside an air purifier or outdoors, the smell remains the same and there has been no noticeable change even months later. I have sensitivities and for that reason I would not recommend the product. That and I did try it for a week. No improvement in my neuropathy or sleep. Gave it to my sister. She hasn’t noticed any improvement in her sleep or arthritis pain after using it for a month. But despite the above I recently purchased a sheet. Again based on my friend’s comments. I really like the concept.
Super excited to get the fitted sheet and start using it! We’ve gotten great feedback from friends and family on how it’s helped them! I have high hopes!!!

Previously bought the sheet, it lasted quite a while but eventually ripped. Now purchasing the mat to try the benefits without the wear and tear of frequent washing. Didn't experience notable differences; however, I'm still willing to give it another go, even for minor benefits.
My sense of wellbeing when using the grounding fitted sheet was hard to describe but I felt a definite improvement in my pain threshold. I have had neck and back pain for decades. With the grounding sheet my pain was relieved. We upsized from a queen to a king and I've just ordered new king sheets because although our new mattress is great - I miss the benefits of grounding.
These are advertised as a set. I purchased the king-sized and it's only one fitted bottom sheet. Not a set as advertised. I dint appreciate being lied to. At least if I order with Amazon, I can return it. Now with this company, I'm stuck with a $180 bad purchase.
The website was very user friendly and the checkout process was easy. I met someone on the beach that gave her testimony of how much the grounding sheet has changed her life after years of doctor’s failing to help her. I feel truly blessed to have met her & am excited to see the benefits for myself, my family & friends. 🙏
I love these grounding sheets and have definitely noticed a difference in my REM sleep!
