It is appreciated to have a means that…
It is appreciated to have a means that is respectable to be able to take care of this bill which i needed to do. I only wish the starting date could have been a few days later than what was offered as all my bills hit my account at once and I never know if one will get kicked back. I would have preferred the payment to cone out after the account had settled and I know where my finances stand and could compensate for the needed funds to be accessible and available rather then everything pending at once. Hopefully this won't be an issue.

Answer their calls/texts, they are very kind
They are the most understanding and patient company to deal with during a financial stressful time. They have compassion and will work towards a solution that allows me to still make my have-to pay living expenses: rent, utilities, vehicle payment, insurance, and food for a family of seven that have fell on hard times after the death of my husband. God bless this company that they main always remain patient and bless their clients with the ability to pay back the debt.

Easy to work with, fair and friendly
They were very easy to work with! I was able to negotiate my balance down a bit and they were very understanding and accommodating! Friendly to speak with and helped me set up my payment plan the same day. Once the agreed upon asking was paid in full, they, almost immediately, reported the account as settled to the credit bureaus which was great because my credit score went up (just a point or two) very quickly! If Halstead has your past due credit account I HIGHLY recommend utilizing them to help you get back on track and get your debt paid off!

Halsted has truly helped me with paying…
Halsted has truly helped me with paying off my debts and making payment arrangements. If I miss a payment they STILL let you just make another payment plan instead of not working with you and charging u a bunch of fees and demanding payment in full. Thank you for understanding times are really hard and I can only do my best.
