It would be helpful if the application form had somewhere to upload additional documents “just incase”. For instance , my application was for my 4 year old - when I entered her DOB, it would have saved time if I could upload my documents as the “adult accompanying a child” , save you the email asking me to send the same. After I made my initial application and paid for the fees, I received an email that further information is required but I thought I have completed the application already. After a few days of not receiving any confirmation and approval of the ESTA, I emailed and followed up my application. I received a reply that there is more information needed to complete my application. They sent me a link to open an account where to complete the application and submitted it. It was great to receive assistance doing this.

It was frustrating filling out the hotel part. Especially when you are arriving on a Cruise ship. The selections don't include Ship. To top it off you ask for an address? The only local address would be the cruise port. Or did you want the Norwegian Cruises address in Florida? Anyways I tried my best and it came back "more information needed" several times. Eventually the final time it came back, the "make change blue sign would not respond to enter. So the saving grace was your chat person "Rowena or Regina." She was so helpful and I was able to send the cruise itinary through the chat session. Thank you
