Thanks for your promptness in my experience in dealing with your personnel. On my original transaction there was a mix up on my order, not your fault, probably in communications with a third party. But that was quickly corrected when I contacted y'all. On this last order I placed with your company, everything went exactly as per our agreement. I have no problems and can say that I am satisfied. Thanks. D.B.
Great price…..for the best harps that I have (I bought the Seydel Lightning)…..except maybe for the Silvers that I have. But love my Seydels, they sound and play fantastic. Seydel makes the best harps I own. I went from Hohner (blues harps, special 20’s, Golden Melodies, Crossovers) to Suzuki (Olives and Promasters) and now Seydel. Brass reeds to phosphorus bronze then stainless steel. However the Seydels are not beard friendly as advertised especially compared to my Suzuki’s but I still love the way they play and sound!
Excellent order processing and ship time, appreciate free shipping to AK...killer clearance price on 2 Hohner Thunderbirds. The only thing keeping my review from 5 stars is that both the harps I purchased had corrosion on the outer edges of reedplates, which was fairly easily remedied with emery cloth. Harps play great out of the box, corrosion doesn't appear to extend beyond the edges, but it was quite visible, and therefore a QC concern.
