Watch out, they scam you. As I see many of the reviews here are made by relatives and friends of the company owner (they even have the same familyname). However the support and also what they promise you before making the contract is the worst that I have seen in my entire life. Lies of how they help you to sell the machines when the contract is over. Maintenance is shit (11 out of 49 miners broke within the first year and have not been replaced). They take more fees and raise the prices for electricity every Year. NO RECOMMEND

Hashlabs is a legitimate hosting provider with many customers worldwide, and our reviews on both Trustpilot and Google are written by real clients and partners. In this case, important context is missing. This customer currently has a significant outstanding unpaid balance and has repeatedly failed to pay invoices on time. After multiple reminders, we disconnected the machines and notified the customer that the hosting agreement may be terminated if the overdue balance is not settled, as per our standard procedure. This review was posted shortly after we sent out that notification. We are already in active communication with the customer by email and are working to resolve the situation. We remain committed to resolving the situation constructively.

I have currently 4 miners running with Hashlabs in Finland and am very happy with the service and performance of the miners. The onboarding with them was very simple, the setup very convenient, so one does need to setup things outside, like mining pool accounts and bitcoin wallets but it isn't complicated at all nowadays. The miners didn't have a down day since I started and best of all the electricity my miners use end up producing hot water for the surrounding towns. Pricing in comparison with other mining offerings out there is great and they do have specials when new sites come online or last miners per site go into production. So check their Telegram or WhatsApp chat. The fact that I am in control of which mining pool setup makes it even more interesting and secure. There is a lot of scam out there, luckily for me these guys are real. The sales team is very responsive especially via Whatsapp. Hashlabs also offers mining in Norway and Ethiopia but I can't comment on that since I have only miners in Finland. The support is ok for a small firm and I know the team is working on adding features such as the newly launched client portal (great job by the way). I really haven't found anything to complain about and I started mining with them in July. I will update this review again in 6-12 months with a longer term experience report. My background: I know a few things about running mission critical infrastructure in datacenters so can be very picky. Hashlabs haven't shown any signs of weakness in that area so nicely done.
Hosting bitcoin mining operations is about trust issues. I became a customer earlier this year without knowing Hashlabs beforehand. I met some of the team members at a bitcoin conference during the summer and did also my own background research. Hashlabs has proven to be reliable mining operator. Open communication and professional technical support and maintenance have all worked very good.

Ordered a few machines from Hashlabs earlier this year and had them hosted in Finland. Everything was handled quickly — support was easy to reach and answered my questions without delays. So far uptime has been great, no downtime since setup. Power price also beats most of what I’ve seen in Europe. I noticed some old bad reviews when checking them out, but after digging I realized those were from a different company that used to own the domain. These guys seem solid. Happy so far.

Completely ripped off! Placed order, requested PayPal for transaction, they gave me Patrick Osiemo as my PayPal contact to send to, as a gift, so I paid the transaction fees. They said they shipped it, it never showed, they said had to pay delivery insurance deposit.... I had already paid for the whole order! They would never tell me even after 5 requests the amount to be paid or who to. Never got order, never got refund, got apology, contact said all this took place while they were our....but never any action, and no return communication since. Blocked it seems. I'm a vet, I'm used to false hopes and empty promises.
