I asked to not have filters sent to me since my unit does not work. After several emails there was not action taken, please remove me from your list and also from auto filter resupply.

These filters really work. We keep one in our bathroom and one in the guest bedroom and after 60 days they are full of dust. We have a clean house but even so these filters trap a lot so we keep them going.

Received wrong order first of a HSP001 filter, reordered the correct one of HSP002, but also another HSP001 for which I have no use for! could not find the paperwork for the first one and unable to return so I guess I will have to eat the cost of it. I may have to find another source to order them from in the future!
