It Was great to have an independent person who knows the options help me select a plan. The fact that I was able to sign up over the phone was a luxury. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SALES PERSON that I wanted a STAND ALONE HUMANA PLAN that would Cover me until I got MEDICAD back!! Sure sure....after GIVING MY INFORMATION I was transferred to Another person, then a 3rd person...2 hour's of my time? OH, YOU NEED MEDICAID BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!

I told all of the people that I spoke with that I wasn’t interested in insurance. If they didn’t offer some incentives for extra assistance, I don’t want anything else. I will return anything that you send to my address. Please do not dial my number anymore. You all are scammers.

My new agent Terry Thomas listened to me and addressed all of my concerns and issues that I had with my previous agent, independent different company, and how I was lead to believe that this other plan was better. It wasn’t true yet Terry listened to me and addressed all of the problems. Definitely will refer him to people.

I was confused about what benefits were available to me in my area. I honestly don't remember how I was transferred to their number. But I'm glad I was. They found benefits I was missing out on. And I was able to stay with doctors and hospital I already used. I thank all parties involved in my registration. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
